Jack’s Full Service Weekly Pool Cleaning ($160.00 per month):

Jack’s Pool Service will visit each week, Jack’s Pool Service will test and balance your pool water,

skim surface, vacuum pool bottom, brush walls and floors, clean filters and tiles (as needed),

empty both skimmer and pump catcher baskets, will thoroughly clean/backwash the pool filter

as needed and supply/add chemicals or salt. (*Note: Some specialized chemicals, such as,

algaecides, metal collectors, stain removal chemicals or replacement of base chemicals due to

unusual water dilution, will be an additional charge). Jack’s Pool Service will always leave a

"service sheet" behind after each visit to inform you of what was done and what Jack’s Pool

Service recommends. You will be billed monthly and the amount will always be the same for the

pool cleaning service. The customer will be responsible for water level. Jack’s Pool Service will

advise customer on adequate water levels.

Jack’s Weekly Chemical Service Package ($80 per month):

Our weekly chemical service plan is designed for swimming pool owners who feel they can

handle some the maintenance and need help balancing their water. The plan entails testing the

water for pH, Sanitizer and Total Alkalinity, Total Dissolved Solids, Calcium Hardness and

Stabilizing Agent, empty both skimmer and pump catcher baskets, will thoroughly clean

backwash the pool filter twice a year and supply/add chemicals or salt (as needed). Jack’s Pool

Service will always leave a "service sheet" behind after each visit to inform you of what was done

and what Jack’s Pool Service recommends. The customer will be responsible for water level.

Jack’s Pool Service will advise customer on adequate water levels.

Jack’s Weekly Chemical-Only Service Package ($50 per month):

Our weekly chemical-only service plan is designed for swimming pool owners who feel they can

handle the maintenance but need help balancing their water. The plan entails testing the water

for pH, Sanitizer and Total Alkalinity, Total Dissolved Solids, Calcium Hardness and Stabilizing

Agent. Jack’s Pool Service will always leave a "service sheet" behind after each visit to inform you

of what was done and what Jack’s Pool Service recommends. The customer will be responsible

for water level. Jack’s Pool Service will advise customer on adequate water levels.

Specialty Pool Cleanings (Quoted):

If your pool is green (cannot see bottom) and/or has not been cleaned for an extended period of

time, this is the transitional process that takes your pool from "pea green" to crystal clear pool

water without draining the entire pool. This can be a lengthy process, sometimes lasting 2-3

weeks or longer, Jack’s Pool Service will require a deposit to get started due to the initial

quantity of chemicals, number of follow through visits and filter cleanings required to make the

transition. Deposit will be deducted from the total, with the remaining balance due only after

pool water is sparkling clear. This service varies in price due to the severity of condition and
